As we prepare for the Summer Solstice our vendors will pull
out their most beautiful Goddess accoutrement for faeries far and wide. This is
the perfect outlet for that pair of wings, boas, glitter,
aromatherapy, crystals, natural products or virtually anything a goddess
might fancy.

‘Exciting news for this year’s 4th
Annual Goddess Market on June 22, 2008! We will combine the market
with our spectacular Summer Solstice Celebration that has drawn close to
5000 people over each of the last three years.
The location could not be better!
Lindley Park, near Wendover and W. Market Street which is just
across the bridge from the Arboretum where the Solstice takes place.

The Goddess Market hours (4-8pm)
will include the foot traffic of the Solstice Seekers which begins @
6:30pm- 9:30pm. As always the Solstice will be FREE so we are counting on
our best attendance ever!
So here’s the deal:
Vendor Spaces are $100 for a 10 x
10 space. We refer to them as Faerie Glens.
Farmer’s Market Special: $35 for a
space for vendors who are Farmer’s Market regulars. To receive this major
discount, donate 1-2 hours of volunteer time at the Summer Solstice or
before.
Load in will be from 2-4pm. Please
allow us the time to prepare both events properly by not arriving earlier
than 2pm to set up. Thanks for this.
Printed materials have been ordered
and will arrive by 4/17/08. With each paid vendor space, we will provide
you with marketing materials to share with your client base.
This is entirely an outdoor event
so you will need to provide your own tent, tables, display and signage.
Limited electricity is available for an additional charge. Please advise
immediately.
Additionally we will have a best
“Faerie Glen” contest for the vendor space that best captures the
spirit of the Summer Solstice. We will have some awesome prizes with a
bowl at each booth to invite your visitors to vote. Last year we had some
beautiful displays that created an atmosphere and mood that makes the
Goddess Market the most exquisite shopping experience around.
Belly dancing, live music, and fresh food
will compliment this year’s Goddess Market.
The small print: Fees are non
refundable. Rain or shine. Returned check fees $50. Preferential
location for early paid spaces. We have limited parking spaces reserved
for our vendors. Parking attendant will guide you through the load in
area if necessary, before you park. Hel p us make this process flow
easily by staying with your vehicle while loading in or out. We will have
some helpers there to assist as much as possible. Please be advised we
will be executing two huge events at once so the more self sufficient you
are the better everything will go. Thanks for your attention to these
